Order Administrator – Dublin North Temporary We are working with a manufacturing company based in North Dublin who are looking to hire temporary staff to join their team on an ongoing basis to process order and meet and greet visitors and clients on a daily basis.
Salary €17p/h Immediate start
Meet and greet visitor & clients daily
Speak to clients daily over the phone & email with orders
Processing orders on to the system
Build strong relationships with customers
Dealing with any queries that my arise
Uploading information on sage
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Proven experience in an administrative role.
Proficiency in office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite).
Sage Experience would be advantageous
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively.
