Key Account Development Executive – Dublin / Wicklow
At Osborne, we are seeking an ambitious and dynamic Key Account Development Executive to join our growing Client Services team. This is an exciting new role for someone with a passion for sales and client relationship management, looking to take their career to the next level and make a meaningful impact by #changinglives.
The primary function of the Key Account Development Executive is to support the Client Services Manager and Client Services Director with driving recruitment excellence and quality service to all clients, candidates, and colleagues. In this position, you will play a key role in nurturing and expanding relationships with our clients and leverage your strong interpersonal skills and sales acumen to build and maintain strong client relationships and drive growth within our warm client base. This role is a revenue generating role which requires working to monthly financial targets. As part of the Client Service Delivery team, you will deliver on a focused client development plan, while always striving for excellence in client delivery and supporting a collaborative and team environment aligned to the Osborne culture and values. This role can be based in our Blanchardstown or Arklow office.
