Key Account Development Executive – Dublin / Wicklow

Job Overview:

At Osborne, we are seeking an ambitious and dynamic Key Account Development Executive to join our growing Client Services team. This is an exciting new role for someone with a passion for sales and client relationship management, looking to take their career to the next level and make a meaningful impact by #changinglives.

Key Responsibilities:

The primary function of the Key Account Development Executive is to support the Client Services Manager and Client Services Director with driving recruitment excellence and quality service to all clients, candidates, and colleagues.  In this position, you will play a key role in nurturing and expanding relationships with our clients and leverage your strong interpersonal skills and sales acumen to build and maintain strong client relationships and drive growth within our warm client base. This role is a revenue generating role which requires working to monthly financial targets. As part of the Client Service Delivery team, you will deliver on a focused client development plan, while always striving for excellence in client delivery and supporting a collaborative and team environment aligned to the Osborne culture and values. This role can be based in our Blanchardstown or Arklow office.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, or English/ Communications, or Technical Writing, or relevant 3rd level qualification required.
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a client-facing role, preferably within the recruitment or talent consultancy industry.
  • Strong sales skills with a track record of exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Previous experience of preparing submissions or technical or marketing writing would be a distinct advantage.
  • Ability to adapt and flex in a fast and dynamic environment, often working under pressure and to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients, candidates, and team members.
  • Strong administration, proofreading, and organisation skills.
  • Exceptional level of attention to detail.
