Customer Service Advisor (Agricultural/Garden Machinery Industry) 
Osborne Recruitment are currently working with a client looking for an experience Customer Service Advisor (Agricultural/Garden Machinery Industry) 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients in the agricultural or garden machinery industry. 

  • Utilize strong IT skills to assist customers with inquiries, orders, and technical support. 

  • Efficiently handle data input tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. 

  • Utilize parts illustrations and diagrams to assist customers in identifying and locating required parts. 

  • Demonstrate proficiency in parts inventory management, including stock control and replenishment processes. 

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure timely delivery of solutions. 

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of product lines, part names, and specifications to provide accurate guidance to customers. 

Requirements: 

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a customer service role, preferably within the agricultural or garden machinery industry. 

  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in data input and navigation of parts diagrams. 

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach. 

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Experience in parts inventory management is highly desirable. 

  • Knowledge of agricultural or garden machinery parts and terminology is an advantage. 

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. 

Benefits: 

  • Salary: €30,000 – €35,000 per annum, depending on experience 
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:15 to 17:00
