Customer Services Advisor for Spare Parts Department. 
Location
: North Dublin 
Salary: 30-35k DOE 
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.15am-5pm with 1 hour for lunch 
If you are you an experienced Customer Services Advisor experienced in selling parts for both Garden and Agri Machinery we are looking to hear from you.  Our Distribution team is based in North Dublin and we provide parts to dealers in both Ireland and The UK. This is a full-time role, based on site at our premises As a Customer Service Advisor in our Spare Parts Department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our customers, particularly dealers in both Ireland and the UK. This role requires a unique blend of office and warehouse experience, as you will be assisting customers with spare parts inquiries and ensuring efficient order fulfilment. Your knowledge of garden and agricultural machinery, combined with your expertise in customer service, will be instrumental in maintaining strong relationships with our dealer network.. 
Duties: 

  • Serve as the main point of contact for dealers in Ireland and the UK, addressing their spare parts needs promptly and effectively. 

  • Utilize your comprehensive understanding of both garden and agricultural machinery to assist dealers in identifying the right spare parts for their requirements. 

  • Coordinate closely with the warehouse team to ensure accurate picking, packing, and shipping of spare parts orders. 

  • Process orders efficiently using our inventory management system, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. 

  • Resolve any customer inquiries, concerns, or issues in a professional and timely manner, striving for complete customer satisfaction. 

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and technical support, to provide seamless customer service and support dealer relationships. 

Essential Criteria 

  • 3 years experience in Customer service department 

  • Own transport – due to location of our premises 

  • Have a working knowledge of modern parts for both Garden and Agri machinery. 

  • Experience in MS Office Suite and Excel 

  • Good telephone manner 

  • Have experience in parts inventory management
