Internal Sales Administrator -Dublin 12 – (30 Hours Per Week)
Salary – €19.00 Per hour (DOE) – Full Training – Pension Scheme – 20 days annual leave increasing based on level of service – 30 hours per week – Monday and Wednesday (9am – 1:30pm) Tuesday, Thursday and Friday (9am – 5pm)
Maintain and update customer enquiries.
Input and manage sales orders, contracts, and other relevant documents.
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of sales-related data.
Manage and maintain housekeeping of outstanding system processes.
Provide administrative support to the external sales team.
Assist in the preparation of sales order processes.
Handle routine inquiries from customers and internal staff.
Process and track sales orders from initiation to fulfilment.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services.
Resolve order-related issues and discrepancies.
Place requisitions for replenishment of stock or specials and coordinate with the purchasing department.
Point of contact for the external sales team and other departments.
Communicate with customers regarding pricing, order status, delivery, and other relevant information.
Handle incoming calls and emails related to sales inquiries.
Maintain sales-related documentation, invoices.
Report discrepancies or issues to relevant department managers & colleagues.
When confronted with a problem, communicate the issue with the relevant department to seek a timely resolution.
Monitor inventory levels to support sales activities.
Process purchase requisitions when required and follow up with purchasing team.
Coordinate with the purchasing, logistics and warehouse teams to ensure sufficient stock availability.
Address customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
