Graduate Administrators

Are you a recent graduate with a passion for organization and a desire to kickstart your career in administration? We are seeking energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Graduate Administrators 
We are working with a client based in North Dublin that has several roles. They include temporary permanent and contract roles! 

  • Provide general administrative support, including handling phone calls, emails, and inquiries. 
  • Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and events. 
  • Maintain accurate and organized records, both physical and digital. 
  • Process and manage paperwork, such as invoices, purchase orders, and other documents. 
  • Coordinate and manage office supplies and equipment. 
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and communication. 


  • A 3rd level Degree is a must 
  • 6-12 months of prior administrative experience or recent internship  
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
