HRPB – Galway 

We are currently working with a Healthcare organisation in Galway who are currently hiring a HRBP on a permanent basis. You will be working with and supporting the HR Manager on daily basis. This is a varied and busy position and would act as a strategic partner to the managers.  This is an exciting role for someone with 3+years’ experience within a similar role dealing with all aspect of the HR from ER, to Development Training and has experience with implanting programmes to an organisation.

Salary & Benefits  

  • Salary €55,000 DOE

Responsibilities: 

  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention 

  • Implement and oversee performance management processes 

  • Guidance to all manager on talent development and succession planning  

  • Collaborate with the HR team to attract top level talent  

  • Onboarding process for all new hires  

  • Lead the investigation of grievance, disciplinary and other formal procedures, ensuring accurate and timely resolution and documentation 

  • Support in all employee litigation and case management  

  • Develop and implement HR Policies and procedures and manage the adherence to HR policies across the business 

  • Provide regular status or reporting to the HR Manager  

  • Updating system daily with activity  

  • Manage all contracts of employment 

  • Ad-hoc duties when arise. 

Skills 

  • Degree in HR or CIPD 

  • Minimum 3-5-year experience in a similar role  

  • Excellent knowledge of Irish Employment Legislation 

  • Proven ability to create and develop good working relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals.  

  • Strong IT skills  

  • Excellent analytical skills to identify and analyse problems and implement solutions.  

  • Resilient with high level of attention to detail
