Human Resources Business Partner

We are currently sourcing a HRBP for a fantastic client in the Healthcare Sector. The selected candidate will act as a strategic partner to managers, understanding their objectives and providing HR solutions that contribute to the achievement of business goals. Reporting directly to the HR Manager, this is a great opportunity for a HR professional with 3+ years’ experience to join a well-respected, well know Irish organisation.
Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Implement and oversee performance management processes, providing guidance to managers on talent development and succession planning.
Collaborate with the HR team to attract top talent and ensure a seamless onboarding process.
Provide guidance and support for managers on employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
Lead the investigation of grievances, disciplinary and other formal procedures, ensuring accurate and timely resolution and documentation of concerns and issues.
Support in all employee litigation and case management
Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with organisational goals, industry trends and labour laws or regulations.
Manage the adherence to HR policies at a team and manager level across the business.
Conduct regular training sessions on HR policies, procedures, and compliance matters.
Provide regular status or reporting to the HR manager on the quality and level of HR support.
Updating of the HR database and provision of regular system and statistic reports as required.
