Assistant Service Co-Ordinator/Administrator

For You:

  • Salary: €27K / Hourly rate: €16.75 based on a 4 day working week
  • Permanent position
  • 31 hours per week (8.30am – 5.00pm, 4 days per week)
  • Office -based (Ballincollig office)

  • Experience of working in a busy office environment
  • PC literate – strong competency in Microsoft Word / Excel / Powerpoint
  • Excellent communication skills – ability to work with various support functions
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Experience of working with SAP would be advantageous


  • Work as part of a back-office team supporting our service engineers and customers across Ireland.
  • Processing of after sales orders / invoicing / stock ordering, booking in and out
  • Organising of workwear / PPE for service engineers
  • Monitor stocks of consumable supplies and re-order as necessary
  • Preparation and updating of service reports and RAMS – Filing / distribution / follow-up
  • BOM (Bill of Material) creation and updating in SAP / Excel
  • ISO / Internal Audit – liaising with the quality manager
  • Maintenance of iBase and Machine Register
  • Prepare yearly calendar and invoicing files
  • Maintain minutes of weekly service meetings and follow-up
  • Preparation and participation in annual stocktake
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required
  • Holiday fill in as required
