Finance Administrator – Dublin North

Our client is currently seeking a Finance Administrator to join their dynamic team, this is an excellent opportunity to come on board and gain invaluable experience in a finance team.
The successful candidate will support the Finance Manager in the day to day financial/ administration duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the chasing and collection of payments relating to unpaid bills by applying the collection policy in a timely manner
  • Generation of issue and reminder letters and monthly statements
  • Ensuring that the collections database is maintained, regularly updated, recording “chasing notes” and the history of each bill
  • Attend Credit Control meetings to discuss outstanding issues and collection performance
  • Highlight accounts with a bad debt risk to line manager
  • Correspond with customers to resolve any queries or question
  • Responsible for the raising and issuing of invoices for recurring revenue and usage-based services
  • Attend Credit Control team meetings to discuss outstanding issues and collection performance
  • Review and process supplier invoices
  • Maintains supplier master data
  • Process expense reports
  • Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
  • Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date, resolving invoice discrepancies
  • Corresponding with vendors and responding to queries

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a Financial environment
  • Experience with SAGE is desirable
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Third level qualification in a related discipline
  • Someone whom has started their IATI or hoping to pursue their IATI
