Talent Acquisition Advisor – Dublin 15/Hybrid Role

We are working with or client in Dublin 15 to hire a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis. This role is a new hire for the Irish team and you will be working with a HR team but reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition in the UK. This role will suit a someone with 2+ years’ experience working in Logistics, Manufacturing recruitment. This is an extremely fast paced role and you will need to have strong communication skill and the ability to build strong relationship with hiring managers.

Salary €40,000-€45,000
End of year bonus on performance

Responsibilities:

  • Talent Scouring and networking utilising various sourcing strategies including job boards, social media and professional networks to attract candidates
  • Review and screen incoming applications to identify suitable candidates
  • ????Conduct interview both in person and virtually
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop comprehensive recruitment plans aligned with business objectives
  • Provide guidance to the hiring managers on job specs salaries and market trends
  • Marketing the employer brand presence by developing compelling job adverts
  • Promote and implement diversity and inclusion initiative to attract and hire candidates
  • Monitor and track recruitment metrics including time to fill, cost per hire and source effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.

The skills and experience our team needs:

  • 2 years + recruitment experience in logistics, manufacturing fast paced environments
  • Motivated individual with a positive attitude and very strong customer service focus combined with a proven ability to develop relationships
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask in a very busy environment and to manage multiple open position simultaneously
  • In depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Ireland
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
