Sales Order Processor – Permanent – Sandyford, Dublin

Job Responsibilities:

• Efficiently processing customer sales orders.
• Maintaining accurate records of orders and customer details.
• Liaising with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues related to orders.
• Collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth order processing.
• Monitoring stock levels and assisting in inventory management.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Sales Order Processor or similar role.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and any relevant order processing software.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
