Position Overview: We are currently looking for a dedicated General Operative with a forklift license, specifically experienced in counterbalance, picking, and packing, and holding a manual handling certification.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our daily operations, ensuring the efficient handling of materials and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a forklift, specifically a counterbalance, while adhering to all safety guidelines and procedures.
• Execute picking and packing tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring product quality.
• Handle manual materials and equipment in compliance with manual handling standards.
• Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and stocktaking.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Valid forklift license, with experience operating a counterbalance forklift.
• Previous experience in picking and packing in a warehouse or distribution center.
• Manual handling certification.

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
