Summary of Position:
The Human Resources Business Partner will support the company across Europe and Australia by providing reliable HR advice and guidance on policies and procedures to our leaders and teammates, support our with people strategies, recruitment and onboarding, as well as reviewing payroll processes ensuring our teammates are paid accurately and on-time.
Responsibilities:
Provide reliable HR advice and guidance on policies and procedures to our leaders and teammates.
Lead, design and implement ‘best-in-class’ HR projects, programs and initiatives
Responsible for recruitment, interviewing and assessing candidates as needed
Responsible for orientation and on-boarding process in Europe.
Responsible to review our EU payroll administration and processes
Responsible for Benefit administration.
Responsible for the application to VISA and Work Permissions for employees relocating.
Supports the Wellness and Engagement teams in Europe.
Supports internal communication when needed.
Assist with our Health and Safety policy in the Dundalk office.
Assists Managers with employee relations, termination and exit interviews as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
5+ years HR experience in an international fast paced organization, including experience in recruitment and employee relations.
+2 HRBP experience
Educated to degree level in HR and/ or CIPD certified.
Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications, Excel being of particular importance.
Attention to detail and numeracy skills and focused on multiple tasks to completion.
Excellent problem solving & interpersonal skills in interpersonal situations demonstrating confidentiality and tact.
Excellent working knowledge of Employment Legislation within Ireland.
Accountabilities:
Responsible for ensuring compliance with tax policies, procedures, and legal requirements in Europe

Relationships:
Reports to the HR Director of HR Europe and Australia
Works in conjunction with European Leadership & Global HR team.
