Administrator in Dublin 11 – Strong Excel – Permanent
Our client is seeking a very detailed orientated candidate to join a very busy department! You will be part of a team but will have experience in a high-volume environment.
Salary: €30000 – €33000 depending on experience
Location: Finglas – Dublin 11 – Located onsite
Hours: 9-5 Monday to Friday
Pension up to 5% after probation
Someone who is comfortable with V Look ups and Pivot tables.
Download data from the handheld system into our accounts system.
Maintain the handheld system.
Administration of Direct Debit Collections.
Uploading files to the bank.
Preparation of Electronic Data Interface (EDI) files.
Uploading invoice files to customer websites/applications.
Weekly & monthly reporting.
Processing weekly/monthly journals.
Deal with queries.
General office duties.
Microsoft Office experience.
2 years’ experience in office role.
Experience in a busy high-volume department
Excel with Pivot tables and V Look Ups.
Great can-do attitude.
Team player with great initiative.
Excellent communication skills.
High numeracy skills.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Excel – intermediate to advanced user (essential).
Familiarity with other Microsoft Office software.
Good English language communication skills.
Minimum two years’ experience in a numerically focused office role.
Knowledge of basic accounting an advantage, but not essential.
