Office Coordinator – Permanent – Dublin City Centre – Onsite
Osborne is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Administrator to join our client’s expanding team in Dublin 2. Join an exciting, organisation operating in the financial services sector, dedicated to facilitating investments worldwide!
As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting business operations, managing diverse tasks, and coordinating with stakeholders. This position requires someone with exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication abilities.
You will have the chance to grow within the company, assuming additional responsibilities and challenges as you excel in your role.

Salary: €30k – €35k DOE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office operations and administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for the team.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation.
  • Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Efficiently manage administrative tasks including scheduling, filing, and data entry.
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Act as the point of contact between executives, employees, and clients, ensuring excellent communication and professionalism.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in a similar industry or field.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
