Administrator/Credit Controller

Our client is based in Dublin 12 is currently recruiting for a Junior Administrator/Credit Controller to join their Credit Control team. This is an office-based role Monday to Friday, permanent role, based in Dublin 12. The client is seeking a candidate that wants to be part of a team and that can add value to the company. Responsibilities of Role:

• Cash Collection
• Posting Cash daily on the system
• Processing Credit Notes
• Upload invoices to customer sites
• Pursuing outstanding monies
• Liaise with Sales Representatives/Customer Services regarding customers on hold
• Adhoc reports for Credit Manager

Requirements For Role

• Strong communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Attention to detail
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal and communication skills
• Team player
