A well-established company in Dublin 22 is seeking an Finance Administrator to join their team, The person will be a key member of the Finance Function, working with the Finance Manager and assisting in the day-today operations of the finance department. Key Responsibilities of Role:
Processing customer invoices, credits and statements
Uploading invoices to Procure Wizard
Dealing with customer account queries
Activating new customer accounts
Post Bank receipts to Debtors ledger
Processing & managing monthly direct debits
Processing supplier invoices and credits onto system
Reconciling Supplier statements and reconciling the accounts
Dealing with supplier queries
This role is ideal for a candidate looking to develop into a finance career:
A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a similar role in a finance department
Ability to work on your own initiative.
Ability to multitask whilst prioritising deadlines.
Excellent organisational, analytical and time management skills
Numerate with good PC (MS Excel, Word) skills.
Strong communication skills (verbal & written) Core Competencies Expected Experience is useful, but attitude is everything! These are some other important attributes that we look for.
Requirements For Role:
2+ years of experience in accounts administrator or related role.
Proficiency in Sage and excel is desirable but not essential
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
