Finance Administrator

A well-established company in Dublin 22 is seeking an Finance Administrator to join their team, The person will be a key member of the Finance Function, working with the Finance Manager and assisting in the day-to[1]day operations of the finance department.

Key Responsibilities of Role:

  • Processing customer invoices, credits and statements
  • Uploading invoices to Procure Wizard
  • Dealing with customer account queries
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Activating new customer accounts
  • Post Bank receipts to Debtors ledger
  • Processing & managing monthly direct debits
  • Processing supplier invoices and credits onto system
  • Reconciling Supplier statements and reconciling the accounts
  • Dealing with supplier queries 

This role is ideal for a candidate looking to develop into a finance career:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a similar role in a finance department
  • Ability to work on your own initiative.
  • Ability to multitask whilst prioritising deadlines.
  • Excellent organisational, analytical and time management skills
  • Numerate with good PC (MS Excel, Word) skills.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written) Core Competencies Expected Experience is useful, but attitude is everything! These are some other important attributes that we look for.

Requirements For Role:

  • 2+ years of experience in accounts administrator or related role.
  • Proficiency in Sage and excel is desirable but not essential 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • This role is ideal for a candidate looking to develop into a finance career.
