At Osborne we are currently recruiting for a Part Time Bookkeeper to join a property organisation based in South Dublin.

As Bookkeeper you will be responsible for all booking tasks, suppliers, wages, reconciliations and an ability to work independently. 
For You:

  • South Dublin location
  • Part time, 20-25 hours per week
  • Parking on site
  • Permanent role

Responsibilities:

  • Record day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and monitor and maintain the accuracy of the general ledger.
  • Deal with supplier’s queries, direct payment queries, and manage all outgoing payments, bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including bank statements, invoices, receipts, and other supporting documentation.
  • Reconcile financial discrepancies by investigating and resolving discrepancies.
  • Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Payroll
  • Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts
  • Facilities administration

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper or similar role.
  • Proficiency in bookkeeping software and financial management systems.
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Solid understanding of financial statements and reporting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Degree or certification in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred but not required.
