Here in Osborne, we are currently seeking an Accounts Assistant to fill a 3-month contract position in Naas, Co. Kildare. In this role, you will take charge of the Accounts Receivable function and also manage weekly payroll tasks.
The Package:
€35,000 pro-rata
39-hour week (4pm finish on Friday)
3-month contract
The Ideal Candidate:
A minimum of 4 to 5 years' experience is highly desirable
AAT qualification or similar – desirable
Experience with an ERP system would be advantageous
A clear understanding of Accounts Receivable function
Proficiency in IT Financial Systems and various MS Applications such as Excel and Word
Positive and pro-active attitude
Exhibit strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Flexibility and adaptability in response to changing demands
Consistently complete tasks in a timely and accurate manner
The ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a bustling office environment
Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for Customer Invoicing
Collaborate effectively with Sales and production personnel regarding the invoicing process
Expertly process invoices using the Epicor ERP system and maintain seamless communication with finance companies
Take the lead in managing the invoice posting process on Epicor
Manage weekly payroll operations for approximately 130 employees using Sage Micropay
