You will be responsible for supporting the efficient management and administration of various properties within the organization. This role involves coordinating activities related to property leasing, tenant relations, maintenance, and financial record-keeping. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic work environment.

Duties:
Lease Administration:
Assist in the preparation and execution of lease agreements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date lease records.
Ensure compliance with lease terms and conditions.
Tenant Relations:
Act as a point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries and concerns.
Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs.
Conduct regular property inspections to assess tenant compliance with lease agreements.
Financial Management:
Process rent payments and maintain rent ledgers.
Prepare financial reports, including income statements and budget analysis.
Monitor and manage property operating expenses.
Maintenance Coordination:
Collaborate with maintenance staff and contractors to address property repairs and issues.
Schedule and oversee routine maintenance activities.
Ensure properties meet safety and regulatory standards.
Documentation and Record Keeping:
Maintain organized and accurate property files and documentation.
Prepare and distribute notices to tenants as required.
Assist in the preparation of reports for management.
Communication:
Communicate effectively with property owners, tenants, and vendors.
Provide regular updates to management on property status and issues.
Facilitate communication between different stakeholders.
Requirements:
2 years experience in office & Property role
Experience in a busy high volume department
Great can do attitude
Team player with great initiative
Excellent communication skills
High numeracy skills
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Familiarity with other Microsoft Office software
Good English language communication skills
