BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Are you a skilled and dynamic Business Development Manager with a proven track record in enterprise sales? Are you motivated by driving growth and fostering community engagement? My client is seeking an individual who is passionate about promoting community enterprises and possesses the drive to achieve outstanding results. As our Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our business offerings and expanding our presence within the local community and beyond.

Responsibilities:

Sales, Training & Marketing

  • Innovate and implement effective strategies to boost existing revenue streams and cultivate new ones.
  • Drive increased traffic to our website by leveraging your expertise in marketing and sales.
  • Contribute to and execute the organization's strategic plan for sales, training, and marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate and manage engaging training and networking events for our members.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive and adaptable training program tailored to our members' needs.
  • Foster strong relationships with our members and ensure high retention rates.
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to achieve collective goals.
  • Craft and oversee impactful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Create and update comprehensive training materials to facilitate the smooth operations of the centre.

This is a full-time permanent role, with a base salary of 50-55k with bonus/commission.  Based in Dublin 14 this role will play a pivotal part in the growth of the organisation.

Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a business development role within a community enterprise centre or similar setting.
  • Proven ability to enhance community enterprise centre visibility within the local and wider South Dublin area.
  • Experience in designing and delivering training and education services tailored to SMEs and entrepreneurs.
  • Established network with stakeholders supporting community enterprises, SMEs, and entrepreneurs is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in securing funding support for community enterprises.
  • High energy and positive attitude with excellent communication and networking skills.
  • Professional demeanour and the ability to interact effectively with key stakeholders, clients, and team members.
  • Strong project management and target achievement abilities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter spirit.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Possession of a full driver's license is an advantage.
