HR Generalist- Perm- North Dublin 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Generalist in the HR Division in the Dublin Office. This is a full-time permanent role reporting to the Head of HR. 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, providing the highest levels of support to managers and candidates throughout the process.

Main Duties & Responsibilities of the Role: 

• Ensuring vacancies are advertised on relevant sites or other recruitment channels 
• Conducting initial candidate screening via email and telephone and selecting the best candidates suitable to the roles available 
• Scheduling interviews  
• Managing and maintaining Recruitment databases  
• Driving and supporting recruitment initiatives and events 
• Supporting the onboarding of new employees to the business 
• Adhoc HR Duties when required 

Skills and Experience Required: 

• 2 years’ experience in a similar role 
• Excellent analytical and administration skills (data input, record keeping, filing etc.) are essential with a high focus on accuracy and quality. 
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail. 
• Excellent IT Skills 
• Ability to build relationships at all levels within the organisation. 
• Proven interpersonal and communication skills. 
• Ability to work on own initiative.
