Quantity Surveyor, Network Enhancements (3Yrs FTC)
The Osborne Tech and Engineering team are currently sourcing suitable candidates for two QUANTITY SURVEYOR roles for INITIAL 3 YEAR CONTRACTS with possible extension. The roles would be working within the Railway Systems department on the development and roll-out of the National Train Control Centre (NTCC), Train Protection System (TPS) and Customer Information Systems (CIS) work programmes, as well as focussing on setting the Capital Investment objectives, input and alignment with the companies' wider strategies. In addition, these roles will also cover Project Delivery QS for early stage delivery or project start up as the need arises.
These roles offer an opportunity to work in a busy and dynamic working environment, on a broad range of contract types across construction and systems contracts work programmes. The successful candidate shall be a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with minimum 5 years post qualification experience. Due to the nature of these roles, candidates would be required to work full time onsite for the initial 6 month settling in period.
