Service Manager – Property Management Company, Dublin 24,  40-50k

This leading property management company dedicated to delivering exceptional services and maintaining high-quality properties. With a team of experienced professionals, are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of both property owners and tenants. As they continue to grow, they are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Service Manager to join their team.  Looking for an experienced and motivated Service Manager to lead and oversee our service team of 3.   The ideal candidate will have a strong background in team management, excellent problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for managing budgets. You will be responsible for ensuring their maintenance workforce, service admins, and contractors work efficiently and effectively, maintaining high satisfaction rates among our tenants and property owners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of service administrators, maintenance technicians, and carpenters. Ensure they work cohesively and efficiently.
  • Scheduling: Set and manage schedules for maintenance work, including painters and other contractors, to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Solution-Driven: Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and strive to find innovative solutions to challenges that may arise during property maintenance.
  • Budget Management: Monitor and manage departmental budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency while maintaining high-quality services.
  • KPI Focus: Develop and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and efficiency of the service team. Continuously strive for improvement.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a high satisfaction rate among property owners and tenants by ensuring timely, high-quality service.

Based in Dublin 24, this role will work onsite.  The working hours are Monday to Thursday: 7:30 am – 4:00 pm and Friday 7:30 am – 3:00 pm. 
There is a competitive salary of between 40-50k DOE with Health and retirement benefits.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in team management, with a background in facilities or property management. 
  • Excellent organizational and scheduling skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Budget-conscious with the ability to manage costs effectively.
  • Track record of maintaining high satisfaction rates among customers.
