About the role:
As we continue to grow, we're seeking a dynamic and results driven Regional Sales Director. In this role you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and delivery of a sales strategies aligned to Osborne’s ambitious growth plans. You will work on expanding our high-level client base, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth in the Cork region and beyond. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Lead, coach, and mentor direct reports to maximise their performance and potential.
Foster a culture of high-performance, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Lead by example in our culture of High performance, for your personal and your team success.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities for our full range of Recruitment and Talent Solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement lead generation campaigns.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
Implement and optimize sales processes and workflows.
Utilize CRM tools and sales technology to streamline operations.
Develop and manage the sales budget, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Monitor and control sales expenses to achieve profitability goals.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue optimization.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Conduct regular client meetings to understand their recruitment need, providing the most applicable solutions.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through Recruitment Excellence.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 10 years’+ experience with a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in the recruitment or staffing industry.
Experience preparing sales proposals to both MMC, large and SME organisations required.
Proven track record in B2B sales and business development, preferably in the recruitment industry.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Professional, personable individual with a strong ability to build lasting relationships with colleagues, clients, and candidates.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Goal-oriented and results-driven with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
Energy and passion for the recruitment industry.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Proficient in MS Office / 365.
