We are currently sourcing a HRBP for our client in Drogheda for a newly created role for a well know respected company.
Please note this role is initially a 12-month fixed term contract.
Main areas of responsibility:
Actively lead and project manage various strands of specific HR and L&D Strategic projects and implement HR initiatives.
Proactively work with line managers at all levels within the projects to embed HR plans, systems, processes, and policies, providing consistent operational support.
Manage resources to ensure work programmes are delivered cost-effectively and efficiently.
Cultivate good working relations and promote a positive and collaborative culture throughout Flogas Ireland
Ensure the HR Project Work streams are delivered in line with the key milestones identified in the project plans.
Work with managers on various projects to build a culture that is linked to values and behaviours.
Support managers on implementing change processes and embedding change in their teams.
Project manage, contribute, support, train and actively lead strands of key HR initiatives.
Manage, lead and coach managers on change programmes.
Relevant HR/ Project Management qualification (Diploma or Degree)
CIPD membership desirable
Strong knowledge of employment law for ROI and NI
Minimum 3 years experience in a HR BP or similar role, with a particular focus on managing HR Projects.
Role specific (technical) knowledge / skills:
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal including reporting writing.
Relationship building skills.
Proactive and be ability to work well on your own initiative.
Employee engagement and change management.
Experience with identifying improvement opportunities, generating ideas and implementing solutions.
Excellent understanding of HR processes.
Proven experience of leading projects from scoping to procurement, to managing, training and delivery.
Able to motivate others and gain commitment from others.
