Responsibilities of the Training Executive:
Work to develop a schedule of programmes or individual courses, monitor signup and programme demand.
Research and identify potential industry and education subject matter experts for the delivery of programmes
Coordinate all aspects of training logistics, including scheduling, venue selection, catering, technology setup, and material distribution
Manage the administration lifecycle for programme participants including exam administration and graduation activities
Monitor the quality of the offering and participants' experience.
Identify training needs and trends within the relevant sector
Contribute to the design and development of training programmes, workshops, seminars, and webinars
Research innovative instructional strategies, case studies, and interactive elements to enhance learning experiences.
Create engaging training materials, presentations, online modules, and resources that support the learning objectives of each programmes or workshops.
Develop and manage post programme / course assessments /evaluations to measure programme effectiveness and monitor participant feedback
Ensure regular and timely reporting on programme sign-up and participation
Oversee fee payment tracking processes are in place and reported on
Own and lead post-programme
Establish relationships with external experts, industry partners, and thought leaders
Manage the internal LMS platform, ensuring accurate course registration, content uploads, and participant tracking.
Provide technical support to participants and address any platform-related issues.
Work with Finance on the costing, budgeting and fee collection process
Requirements of the Training Executive:
3 year’s experience in a similar role
Calm, personable and professional individual with the ability to prioritise and work under pressure
Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Excellent typing and writing skills
Computer literate: competence in Word and Excel and CRM management
