Social Media Marketing Specialist – (German Speaking)

Our client who are a Multinational Organisation who pride themselves in creating a better welfare for animals are now currently recruiting a Social Media Marketing Specialist on a permanent basis for their German Market. The successful candidate will need to have Amazon Web services it is a must.
You will be working closely with their Brand Marketing & Category Team to develop an audience-centric social media Marketing strategy as a planform for promoting enhancing and capturing demand in their international markets. 

Salary and Benefits:

• €45,000 DOE 
• Hybrid

Responsibilities 

• Build awareness and drive demand for their brands in Germany.
• Support the day-to-day channel management across multiple regions and brands
• Develop and maintain a social media Calendar to build their market strategy for new produce and campaigns. 
• Build and develop strong relationship and process with internal and external partners.
• Drive hight levels of audience engagement 
• Identify new opportunities and channels to promote the brand.
• Manage and organise freelancer in the European Markets
• Co-ordinate influencer to generate reach and engagement.
• Monitor campaign performance daily weekly & monthly through analytical tools and reporting.
• Generate and present report, analysis, and recommendations for key stakeholders across the business.
• Manage budgets for all social media channels.  

Requirements 

• Degree in Marketing or Communication or Business.
• 2+ years’ experience in a similar role within Social Media Marketing
• Fluent German
• Ability to self-motivate and work independently and as part of a team. 
• Strong communication skills
• Strong written skills in German and English.
