About the Role: Are you an ambitious, innovative, and experienced Business Support Executive / Administrator who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment?
As a Business Support Executive at Osborne, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment team and ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities. You will be the backbone of our Kildare office, assisting with administrative tasks and contributing to the overall success of our team. Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including document preparation, data entry, and record keeping.
Meet and greet candidates and clients on arrival to the office in a welcoming and professional manner.
Assist in conducting reference checks for the recruitment team.
Schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for the recruitment consultants.
Manage a busy switchboard and handle incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
Maintain an organised and efficient office environment, including managing office supplies and equipment.
Prepare and distribute reports and documents as needed.
Assist with database management and record-keeping tasks.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and update job listings on various platforms.
Post job adverts online, on various platforms.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Handle other ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.
Provide light technical support to all staff as required.
Ad hoc administration duties and project support as required.
Experience Required:
Relevant Business, Marketing, or third level qualification.
Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a recruitment consultancy or business/professional environment.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to adapt and flex in a fast and dynamic environment.
Collaborative team player who can build relationships across departments.
Strong administration and organisation skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Previous experience working with and managing social media sites / accounts and E-marketing campaigns desired.
Pride in strong customer service delivery.
Proficient in MS Office / 365.
