Assistant Operations Manager We are delighted to be working with our client based near Skibbereen who are looking for an Assistant Operations Manager to join their growing team on a full time permanent basis.
For You:
Salary: €35k – €40K DOE
20 days annual leave
Responsibilities:
Ensure the factory floor is managed each day to provide customers with all their orders in a timely manner and ensure that all product landed each day is dealt with appropriately.
Work closely with the operations manager to ensure a smooth running of floor.
Roster the factory floor staff to ensure that adequate staff are always available.
Maintain the Emydex stock control system to ensure a correct record of all purchases and sales are maintained.
Ensure that non purchase stock is ordered from the agreed suppliers in a timely manner.
Maintain a record of the stock of packaging to ensure that stock is kept at an optimum level.
Work with the Company’s Quality Control Expert to ensure that the Factory Floor is compliant, and the highest standards are maintained.
Requirements:
2 years’ experience working within a factory/production line environment.
Excellent IT skills – experience using systems.
Ability to work to own initiative and have experience utilising problem solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and influence team members.
Attention to detail skills.
