E- commerce Analyst – Ireland & UK – €60,000 – Permanent Our client who are a multinational Organisation who pride themselves in creating a better welfare for animals are now currently recruiting a E commerce manager on a permanent basis, the successful candidate will need to have Amazon Web services It is a must, they can also be located in either Ireland or the UK, you will also need to have strong marketing and be a self-starter.

Key Responsibilities:
Analysing Amazon sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Assisting in the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform, including inventory management, pricing strategies, and product listings.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns and marketing strategies to boost sales.
Providing excellent customer service to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Relay competitors’ activity in all categories.
Responsible for daily tracking of sales performance, product ranking, search ability.
Monitoring and managing the performance of our e-commerce platform, ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our customers.
Keeping up-to-date with e-commerce industry trends and best practices to stay competitive in the market.
Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
Strong background in Amazon Web Sales and e-commerce management.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, eBay, Shopify, etc.
Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
Prior experience in customer service within an e-commerce setting is a plus.
