E- commerce Analyst – Ireland & UK – €60,000 – Permanent
Our client who are a multinational Organisation who pride themselves in creating a better welfare for animals are now currently recruiting a E commerce manager on a permanent basis, the successful candidate will need to have Amazon Web services It is a must, they can also be located in either Ireland or the UK, you will  also need to have strong marketing and be a self-starter.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analysing Amazon sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Assisting in the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform, including inventory management, pricing strategies, and product listings.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns and marketing strategies to boost sales.
  • Providing excellent customer service to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Relay competitors’ activity in all categories.
  • Responsible for daily tracking of sales performance, product ranking, search ability.
  • Monitoring and managing the performance of our e-commerce platform, ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our customers.
  • Keeping up-to-date with e-commerce industry trends and best practices to stay competitive in the market.

Qualifications:

  • To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
  • Strong background in Amazon Web Sales and e-commerce management.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, eBay, Shopify, etc.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Prior experience in customer service within an e-commerce setting is a plus.
