Treasury Officer Permanent – Hybrid Salary: €40,000 – €42,000 DOE Location: Dublin 1 Our client, a Dublin 1 based global leader in aeronautics, space and related services is currently recruiting for a Treasury Officer on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Treasury professional with a minimum 2 to 3 years’ experiences in Treasury to join a supportive and exciting work environment where they will progress with the company.
Your responsibilities will include: Forecasting & Reporting:
Preparing weekly cash forecast reports and generating daily forecasts.
Managing multi-currency electronic payments using Cash Solutions.
Monitoring and ensuring the execution of all payments by the bank.
Calculating and reconciling monthly inter-company interest with in-house bank and external banks.
Overseeing various credit card activities for all Irish entities, including credit card management, liaising with the bank for travel card payments, and monitoring monthly credit limits. Organizing monthly meetings with HR to review credit card activities.
Coordinating with other departments to maintain updated accounting records.
Updating vendor master data bank details in SAP.
Downloading MT940 statements and performing bank reconciliations in the Treasury Management tool.
Reviewing and updating all bank mandates in the Electronic Bank Account Management (EBAM) tool.
Allocating all treasury transactions in SAP P11.
Uploading daily foreign exchange and interest rates to treasury and contract systems.
Managing cash allocation for loan repayments into the Lease Management tool.
Assisting in the evaluation, development, upgrading, and implementation of new systems and workflow processes on an ongoing basis.
Responding to internal and external audit queries.
Skills and Requirements:
A third-level degree is essential.
The ideal candidate is highly motivated with excellent attention to detail
They should also possess technical proficiency and excel spreadsheet skills and have a hands-on and flexible approach to work.
They must demonstrate the ability to work effectively within a team and be proactive and capable of initiating tasks independently.
Experience with treasury and accounting systems, as well as advanced Excel skills, is an advantage.
