OsborneExecutive Search is delighted to be working with our client in seeking an experienced TMM Onsite Services and Compliance Manager to join their Kildare-based team. The ideal candidate will have operations and supply chain management experience.
The Package:
Competitive salary range
Monday to Thursday: 8 am – 4:30 pm, Friday: 8 am – 3:30 pm (Flexibility required and provided)

The Job:
Managing all aspects of onsite operations to ensure a world class service is provided to the customer, ensuring SPC / KPI reviews are completed monthly as per customer requirements
Ensuring all required reports, procedures, work instructions and risk assessments are updated and available to all employees in line with Linde systems and standards with the ability to develop new standards for the onsite service offering
Managing Internal Audit Program and be the program owner for IIF (Incident & Injury Free) and SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment & Quality)
Managing all Safety Programs for Onsite Service ensuring Linde & The Customer specific training requirements are undertaken as required
Maintaining the TMM Ireland management system ensuring standards are in place and using IMS monitor where improvement is required, co-ordinate actions through management team
The Ideal Candidate:
You can demonstrate effective interpersonal, negotiating, planning and problem solving skills supported by very strong supply chain acumen
In addition, you have strong analytical skills with ability to identify and prioritise strategic options and recommend solutions to complex business problems
Proven networking capability with all levels of management in customer organisations and at a global level with experience managing a large team
You have a minimum of 5 years supply management experience in managerial capacity within electronics manufacturing industries or industrial gases and chemicals
Experienced with document control, training program management and development
You have a high level of personal integrity
