About the Role: Join our clients dynamic team as an IT Technician, where you’ll report directly to the IT Manager and play a pivotal role in upholding their IT/Telecommunications systems to the highest standards. This role demands a proactive individual with a commitment to continuous improvement and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the maintenance and improvement of IT/Telecommunications systems.
Provide expert guidance and support to staff on IT system usage.
Prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Address customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Duties Include:
Service & Support: Deliver top-notch service and support to IT users, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring IT security.
Internal Systems: Administer IT services, maintain databases, update IT documentation, and proactively address IT issues.
Additional Tasks: Implement IT policies, manage daily IT administrative tasks, and undertake any other duties as assigned by the IT Manager or CEO’s office.

Qualifications & Skills:
Essential: Degree in Computer Studies or a similar accredited IT certification.
Highly Desirable: Proficiency in at least three of the following: Microsoft Technologies, Cyber Security, Microsoft 365 User Management, Helpdesk Support, Desktop/Laptop Support (Windows), Mobile Phone Support (Android).
Desirable: Knowledge in Network Infrastructure, Project Management, prior experience in an IT setting, Microsoft IT professional Certifications, and a Driving License.
