Operations Administrator – Dublin 4 – Permanent
Osborne Recruitment is seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking Operations Assistant to join our client's highly motivated team. As an integral part of the business, you'll have the opportunity to work in a stimulating environment and gain valuable experience in the property management industry. This is a full-time permanent position and fully onsite.
Salary: €30,000 – €32,000
Role and Responsibilities:
As an Operations Administrator, you will play a vital role in the company's day-to-day operations. While full training will be provided, we are seeking candidates with a minimum of a third-level degree, preferably in business or finance. However, individuals with diverse backgrounds in engineering, law, and science are also encouraged to apply. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Taking full responsibility and control of all property visits.
  2. Liaising with customers regarding contract renewals and pricing.
  3. Preparing monthly management reports.
  4. Assisting the accounts team when required.
  5. Handling data input and recording, predominantly using Microsoft Excel.
  6. Reporting to and collaborating closely with the company directors.
  7. Supporting the marketing efforts for all properties.

Key Skills and Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word (Note: These skills will be tested during the interview stage).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • A strong work ethic and the ability to learn in real-time.
  • Well-developed administrative skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills, as you'll be working closely with various stakeholders.
