Graduate Administrator – Dublin City Centre – Temporary/Permanent

Here at Osborne, we are currently recruiting Graduate Administrators in Dublin City Centre on a temporary and permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates looking to gain more experience and develop their skills in a supportive and vibrant professional setting. Our clients range from well – established to start ups in both the private and public sector. As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This role is tailored for recent graduates who are eager to jump-start their careers and make a real impact from day one.

Duties / Responsibilities: 

  • Managing and organizing administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, and maintaining records.
  • Assisting with basic accounting tasks, such as invoice processing and expense tracking.
  • Coordinating meetings and events, including logistics and communication.
  • Providing support to various departments and teams as needed, offering a chance to learn and contribute across different areas of our organization.
  • Contributing to the maintenance of a positive and productive office environment, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.

Key Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of relevant administrative experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, which will be further developed through our supportive training program.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, essential for collaborating effectively within our diverse team.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving, skills you'll refine as you take on various responsibilities.
