Payroll Specialist

A well-established company in Dublin 15 a Payroll Specialist to join their team
This is a contract role, hybrid 3 days from home – 2 in office. Great flexibility

???????Responsibilities of Role:

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Managing all payroll processes & queries from both permanent & contract staff
• Reviewing and verifying the accuracy of monthly payroll processing and assisting with data input as necessary.
• Process the payroll files and prepare the payroll files for monthly payment
• Engage and deal with all queries related to UK based staff
• Manage the Payroll mailbox and employee queries.
• Ensure that all monthly and annual tax, pension and compliance requirements are met.
• Provide timely and accurate reporting to internal and external auditors.

Requirements For Role

• 3+ years as a payroll specialist Proficiency in excel is essential Methodical & analytical Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills.
