Accounts Manager – North Dublin – Permanent 

Are you an experienced Accounts manager seeking a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity to join a growing engineering company on full time permanent position!

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of annual accounts including Profit & Loss, Cash flow Statement and Balance Sheet.
• Reconciliation of all Balance Sheet figures analysis of all Profit and Loss Account figures.
• Payroll administration 
• Revenue Submission 
• VAT returns.
• Data export and manipulation on excel, various transactions summaries/analysis on excel, comparatives to prior periods, to budgets, variances analysis.
• Monthly management accounts and reporting packs to Directors.
• Maintaining ongoing relationships with clients.
• Debt collection.
• Preparing monthly management accounts for various clients.
• General Administration.
• Liaising with external accountants.

Experience/Requirements

• ACCA Qualification is desirable 
• At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ambitious and a team player with an ability to work alone when needed.
• Experience using accounting software – SAGE & XERO software is preferred. 
• Ability to manage a small team.
