Job Description:
As a Telesales Representative at [Your Company Name], you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, responsible for driving revenue growth by contacting potential and existing customers via phone. Your primary goal will be to persuade customers to purchase our products/services, understand their needs, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
Win new business by generating new leads and business relationships.
Meet and/or exceed individual and team sales targets.
Provide the highest level of customer service to all customers.
Network locally
Participate in marketing and social media to promote the company, and the facilities that it offers
Manage day-to-day administrative responsibilities associated with role and support the Sales Manager
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Telesales Representative or similar sales role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using CRM software (experience with [specific CRM software] is a plus).
Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.
Full drivers licence
