Accounting tech (6 months contract) – Sandyford

Work for a cctv installation company where you will work with the installation team of 10 engineers and raise invoices based on work completed. You will be in charge of the financial process from raising of the invoice through to payment.
 

• Location: Sandyford
• Salary: 40k – 42k
• Systems: Sage linked to Internal CRM program

10 Engineers are employed constantly in the field working. The accounting tech will raise the invoice based on information from the engineer.
A bit of cross over with reception as there is 2 people in the office.

Requirements:

• Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable.
• Reconciliation.
• Credit Control.
• Management of accounts.
• Payroll (10 people each week – takes about 40 minutes) .
• There is an external auditor that does all the tax and year end etc. They will train the account tech in.
• 2 people in the office so will be required to work on own initiative after training.
