We are currently working with a client in North Dublin seeking a full time Experienced Receptionist. It is shift patterns five over 7 days and it is a permanent role with a salary of 30k. The company are a dynamic and rapidly growing organisation established Leisure centre located in Dublin North. This centre is attracts all ages children, adults and society with additional need and those within the area of the Corporate sector.
As a Senior Receptionist, you will be the face of our children's play centre, providing exceptional customer service and creating a warm and welcoming environment for our visitors. Your role will involve managing all reception-related tasks, overseeing the smooth operation of the front desk, and coordinating various administrative activities. Your experience, professionalism, and enthusiasm will be crucial in ensuring the overall success of the centre runs smoothly.
Greet and welcome , visitors with a friendly and positive attitude.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Coordinate the check-in and check-out process for all attending the play centre.
Manage the reception area, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and a welcoming atmosphere.
Oversee and schedule the activities of other receptionists and support staff.
Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate staff members.
Maintain accurate records, including attendance, bookings, and customer information.
Assist in the coordination of parties, events, and group bookings.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer experiences.
Implement and maintain reception procedures, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
Provide support and guidance to junior receptionists, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role, preferably in a leisure facility or related industry.
Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with all ages effectively.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to handle various responsibilities simultaneously.
Proficient computer skills, including experience with booking systems and MS Office applications.
Friendly and approachable demeanor with a passion for working with all ages.
Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
Flexibility to work weekends and occasional evenings, as required.
Must have access to a car and full driver’s licence.
