Sales Order Processor

Here at Osborne, we are currently seeking a Sales Order Processor to join a leading global manufacturer of electronic products and systems based in South West Dublin. As a Sales Ordre Processor you will play a pivotal role in sales operations, ensuring the seamless processing of orders and contributing to the company's commitment to excellence.

For You:

• Position: Permanent
• Salary: €30-35k (Depending on experience)
• Hours: 8:30am-5pm (Monday-Friday) 
• Location: South West Dublin 
• Training: Provided

Responsibilities:

• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
• Provide product information, technical assistance, and troubleshooting guidance to customers.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges with accuracy and attention to detail 
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, technical support, and logistics, to resolve customer issues effectively.
• Maintain and update customer records, ensuring accurate and organized data.
• Monitor customer feedback and communicate valuable insights to the broader team.
• Providing support to customer Account Managers

Requirements: 

• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
• SAP experience an advantage
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach.
• Self motivated and driven individual
• Fluent English
