Refrigeration Technician

Are you an Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technician looking for a new challenge?

Osborne are delighted to work with a leading company in the field of Cleanroom Validation, HVAC Commissioning, and HVAC/Refrigeration Maintenance in the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, Healthcare and Hospital Industries who currently have an opportunity for a Technician based in Dublin.

Joining our team as a Technician, we offer an excellent basic salary, with an opportunity for overtime, pension, and healthcare. We also supply a van and fuel card, company laptop and mobile phone.

Responsibilities:

• Working in a range of commercial sites, you will be expected to perform service, fault finding and maintenance on commercial refrigeration / AC systems.
• Trouble shoot, determine the root cause and correct technical issue
• Fault finding
• Conduct all duties in accordance with Company and Client Health and Safety Procedures, Policies and Safe System of Work.

Our ideal Technician:

• F-Gas Cat-1 2079 certificate in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.
• Good knowledge of refrigeration systems.
• Knowledge of a pharmaceutical industry would be an advantage.
• Have a good knowledge of Health & Safety requirements.
• Must have a full clean driving license.
• Must be available to work out of hours as required.
• Occasional travel and overnight stays may be requirement.
• Ability to trouble shoot, determine the root cause and correct technical issues in an effective and timely manner using fault finding and problem-solving techniques.
• Self-motivated, professional and be willing to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
• Strong customer focus with good interpersonal skills.
• Respond effectively to our client’s requirements and priorities.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
