Osborne Recruitment, in partnership with our client, are seeking a Assistant Food & Beverage Manager for a full-time permanent position based close to Ballincollig. This is a fantastic opportunity to progress your career within an established country club.
Salary: €36,000 – €38,000
Responsibilities;
Responsible for the service of food and drink in the bar and lobby area.
C-ordinate employees and ensure meals and beverages are served in a timely and efficient manner.
Train new and existing staff on food and beverage standards.
Organise rostering and ensure all shifts are covered daily.
Resolve any customer queries or complaints.
To maintain and manage a fantastic standard of cleanliness in the bar and surrounding areas.
Provide outstanding customer service at all times.
Requirements;
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience working as a Food and Beverage Manager/Assistant Manager within the hospitality industry.
Proven record of high-quality customer service.
Proven leadership skills.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
