We are delighted to be working with our client who are currently seeking a Administrator to join their team on a full time permanent basis in Cork.
Monday – Friday
Company Pension Scheme
Process all customer stock receipt documentation and enter details on warehouse stock management system.
Allocate stock, prepare order picklists and dispatch documentation as per customer order requirements .
Communicate with customers to resolve queries.
Liaise with logistics companies and delivery drivers to schedule inbound and outbound deliveries.
Communicate internally with various departments to ensure all documentation is completed.
Handle busy switchboard, scanning, filing and ordering of office supplies.
2 years administration experience.
Experience in an order processing role or similar customer service role an advantage.
Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, written and oral.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent IT skills with working knowledge of MS Office packages & experience of working with computerised systems.
