Marketing Executive – Meath

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join a busy global company in Navan.  This role will be working with the Sales team on a day-to-day basis. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in executing marketing strategies, driving sales initiatives, and managing social media channels to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and revenue generation.

Salary €35,000+ DOE

Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.

  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content, including text, image, and video posts, to maintain a consistent brand presence.

  • Monitor social media trends, track metrics, and provide insights to refine strategies and optimize performance.

  • Analyse marketing and sales data to assess campaign effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.

  • Prepare regular reports on social media and sales performance, presenting insights to the management team.

Marketing:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.

  • Assist in creating marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, advertisements, and other collateral.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, providing valuable insights for decision-making.

  • Work closely with the marketing, sales, and creative teams to ensure alignment and consistent messaging across all channels.

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative marketing and sales ideas.

Sales Initiatives:

  • Support the sales team by generating leads, following up on inquiries, and assisting in sales presentations.

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services to effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients.

  • Ad hoc duties such as Calendar management daily, Note taking on actions from meetings, uploading excel spreadsheets, drafting PowerPoint presentations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

  • Proven experience in social media management, with a strong understanding of various platforms and their respective best practices.

  • Previous experience 1-2 years in sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

  • Proficiency in using social media management tools and basic graphic design software is a plus.

  • Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.

  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate new ideas and solutions.

  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Own transport is essential
