Respond to accounts enquiries in a friendly and professional manner
Daily communication with customers to follow up on account balances due
Manage the credit control process end to end
Post daily cash receipts on accounts system
Payroll
VAT Returns
Prepare and email monthly customer account statements
General Office Administration relevant to the role
Maintain and update customer database as required
Liaise daily with the directors as required
Comply with ISO 9001:2015 policies and procedures
Comply wit Health & Safety requirements
Skills Required:
Account Qualification (preferable but not essential)
A high level of computer literacy
Excellent communication and organizational skills
To be customer focused, with a strong customer service ethic
Excellent Accuracy and attention to detail
Flexible and reliable, with excellent time-keeping
Ability to work on your own initiative or as part of a small team
Previous experience in a similar role an advantage
Experience with SAP Business One (preferable but not essential)
A keen interest to learn as you will provide occasional relief cover for the sales, purchasing and service administrators (training will be provided)
