The Role:
The Osborne Technical and Engineering team are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Building Services Engineer to join our client’s expanding team. The successful candidate will design and develop mechanical and electrical systems through Stages 1 to 5 of the construction process. This challenging and rewarding position requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all building services are coordinated with other construction activities, from specification and procurement, through to the installation, testing, and commissioning of services in a variety of sectors. This position will lead to an associate level within six months, subject to performance measurements.
About you:
You will be responsible for the design and supervision of multiple building service projects throughout all stages of the construction process
You will project manage the design of all mechanical & electrical systems, as well as collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of engineers and stakeholders
You will lead the mechanical & electrical team on the development of complex building systems and technologies used around multiple building projects
You will also assist in the growth & expansion of the mechanical & electrical team.
