Salary: 40-45K DOE (Pro Rata) Hours: Part Time Three Days Per Week – 8:30am to 5pm (Mon, Tues & Wed) Annual Leave: 25 Days (Pro Rata) Location: Dublin 4 – full onsite
Your responsibilities will include:
Process the weekly group payrolls.
Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing and administration.
Process new hires, terminations, status changes, tax changes, pay rate changes etc.
Ensure all statutory obligations in respect of PAYE / PRSI / USC are met.
Act as a point of contact and dealing with queries in a timely, professional manner, ensuring the delivery of a high level of internal customer service.
Other payroll duties as they arise.
Skills and Requirements
Minimum 3 years relevant experience in a payroll function
IPASS Qualified
Up to date knowledge of all aspects of payroll procedures and related practices, including BIK, Bike to Work and Commuter Saver schemes and the processing of pension and other benefits.
Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
A high degree of attention to detail
Ability to work on own initiative and to tight deadlines.
Flexible, willingness to learn and set up processes.
Enthusiastic and confident
Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Excel
Experience of SAP payroll software an advantage but not essential
